Our Prayer Shawl Ministry lovingly creates handmade shawls that are prayed over and given to those who are experiencing illness, grief, recovery, or other difficult times as a reminder of God's love, comfort, and presence. If you know someone who would be blessed by receiving a prayer shawl, or if you would like to join this ministry by knitting, crocheting, or praying, contact Carrie Serrell for more information at serrellcarrie@gmail.com.
Phil Serrell will be organizing the street ministry to provide Christmas stockings filled with toiletries and other goodies for those experiencing homelessness. Throughout the rest of the year, we invite you to help by donating items to fill the stockings. Your generosity will help bring comfort, hope, and the love of Christ to those in need during the Christmas season. See Phil Serrell for more details. Click here for a list of items needed.
Helping Up Mission is a comprehensive faith-based recovery service for men and women fighting addiction, poverty, and homelessness in the Greater Baltimore area. We serve food and offer prayer and fellowship to those less fortunate.
On the 2nd Saturday of every month, volunteers go to serve breakfast and minister. Volunteers leave the Bel Air area around 5:00 a.m. and return by 8:00 a.m. It is a great outreach ministry opportunity.
